Our wise government has adopted a policy of supporting education and training, enabling it to contribute to building economic knowledge, creating innovative projects, and achieving the goals of Oman Vision 2040.

In recent years, innovations, initiatives, projects, and proactive steps have increased by most government and private agencies in the Sultanate of Oman in response to rapid changes and in preparation for implementing Oman Vision 2040. The vision was approved by His Majesty the Sultan - may God (Allah) protect and preserve him - and, in parallel with its implementation, requires raising the readiness of government employees to achieve its goals with the highest efficiency and effectiveness. The idea of ​​implementing special, innovative programs to raise awareness of Oman Vision 2040 by all government and private entities arose, including workshops and interactive programs that promote the objectives of Oman Vision 2040  for employees of these institutions. From here, we have developed plans, programs, and initiatives to meet most of these goals and achieve these ambitions, and we ask God Almighty for success and guidance.

We seek for the Institute to become a renewed source of inspiration for all who participate and interact with its initiatives and programs, thus maintaining a lasting impact and providing ongoing support.
